By using the site and/or placing an order, the user enters into an agreement with Catvera under the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable international sales regulations, in particular:

The provisions of these Terms and Conditions also apply to customers making purchases from the United States (USA), unless prohibited by mandatory laws applicable to the consumer's place of residence.
The user declares that:
has legal capacity according to the law of their country of residence,
uses the store for lawful purposes,
will not use the store in a way that infringes the rights of third parties.
These provisions also apply to users accessing the store from the territory of the United States.
Users' personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
Payment data is encrypted and handled exclusively by certified payment operators. Catvera does not store payment card data.
For users outside the European Union, including from the USA, data may be processed in accordance with applicable international data transfer regulations.
The content published on the site is for informational purposes. Catvera makes every effort to ensure the information is current and accurate, but is not responsible for any temporary outdatedness.
All prices are given in the currency visible in the store and include VAT, if applicable.
For orders fulfilled outside the European Union, including to the United States, additional customs fees, import taxes, or other charges resulting from local regulations may apply.
Delivery costs are clearly indicated before placing the order.
Catvera reserves the right to change prices before concluding the contract.
The sales contract is concluded at the moment Catvera confirms the order electronically.
The user receives confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (email).
These provisions also apply to orders placed by customers from the USA.
Under EU law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, counting from the day of receiving the product.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
personalized products,
hygienic products after opening,
digital content after the start of performance (if the user has given consent).

For customers outside the European Union, including from the United States, the return policies specified in the Return Policy apply accordingly.
Catvera is responsible for the conformity of the goods with the contract in accordance with:

The consumer has the right to:
repair,
exchange,
price reduction,
withdrawal from the contract (in certain cases).
Catvera is not responsible for the content and actions of third parties whose links may appear in the store.
The user is fully responsible for the published content and declares that they have the rights to it.
Catvera reserves the right to remove content that violates EU law or these Terms.

filing a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Catvera's liability is limited to the extent allowed by EU law and does not exclude liability towards the consumer that cannot be excluded.
For customers outside the European Union, including from the USA, Catvera's liability remains limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The Terms and Conditions are subject to the law of:
the country of the consumer's residence in the EU, if mandatory provisions so require,
in other cases – the law of the Republic of Poland.
For customers outside the European Union, including from the United States, the law of the Republic of Poland applies, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Disputes may be resolved:
through the competent common courts,
or via the EU ODR platform.

Catvera reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Changes do not affect consumers' acquired rights.
