At Catvera, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it in accordance with the applicable European Union regulations and international sales rules also applied to customers from the United States.
According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days from the day of receiving the order, without giving any reason.
The 30-day period starts from the day you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the product.
These rules also apply to customers outside the European Union, including from the United States (USA).
To have the return accepted, the following conditions must be met:
the product is unused,
the product is in its original condition,
the product is returned in its original packaging,
all accessories, instructions, and set elements are included.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use or does not meet the above conditions.
If the received product is defective, damaged, or does not match the order, the customer bears the cost of return shipping.
In case of a return due to a change of mind, wrong size, or product choice, the customer bears the cost of return shipping.

The cost of the original shipping is non-refundable.

order number,
information about the intention to withdraw from the contract or the reason for the return.
After receiving your request, we will send you detailed return instructions.
Pack the product securely and send it back according to the instructions received.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you of the refund decision.
The refund will be made to the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 7 business days from the moment the return is approved (the posting time depends on the bank or payment operator).
If you want to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, contact us — our customer service team will help you smoothly complete the exchange.
According to EU regulations, the right to return may not apply in the case of:
products that for hygienic or health reasons have been opened after delivery (if applicable),
products clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
