At Catvera, we make every effort to provide our customers with transparent and fair delivery policies, in accordance with the laws of the European Union, the Republic of Poland, and applicable international sales regulations.

This shipping policy applies to orders fulfilled within:

  • European Union

  • United States (USA)


ORDER FULFILLMENT TIME

Order cutoff time:

📌 by 5:00 PM (CET), Monday to Friday

Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

Order processing time:

🕒 from 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Delivery time (shipping):

🚚 from 6 to 10 business days within Poland

🚚 from 6 to 10 business days within the European Union

🚚 from 6 to 10 business days to the United States (USA)


Estimated total delivery time:

📦 6–10 business days (Poland)
📦 6–10 business days (European Union)
📦 6–10 business days (United States)

According to EU law, the stated timeframes are indicative, and the maximum order fulfillment time does not exceed 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.


DELIVERY METHODS

We cooperate with trusted carriers depending on the delivery country:

  • InPost

  • DPD

  • DHL

  • GLS

  • UPS (for selected EU countries)

  • USPS (for deliveries within the United States)

The selection of available delivery methods is visible during the checkout process.


SHIPPING COSTS

🎁 Free delivery:

  • within Poland

  • to selected countries in the European Union

  • to selected locations in the United States

There is no minimum order value.


ORDER TRACKING

After the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email with:

  • shipping confirmation

  • shipment number (tracking number)

The shipment status can be tracked online via the carrier’s website.


DELIVERY ISSUES

In case of:

  • delivery delay

  • damaged shipment

  • lost package

please contact our Customer Service Office immediately.

According to EU law, the seller is responsible for the shipment until it is delivered.
